Fondsverschmelzung: SEB Global Equal Opportunity Fund

News Lebensversicherung vom 18.07.2025

Die Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft SEB Funds AB hat mitgeteilt, dass sie den global investierenden Aktienfonds "SEB Global Equal Opportunity Fund" (R16, ISIN: LU0036592839) auflöst und mit einem anderen Fonds verschmelzen wird.

  • Der Fonds ist für Neuabschlüsse und Fondswechsel ab 25.07.2025 nicht mehr verfügbar.

Der aufnehmende Fonds der SEB hat einen anderen, eingeschränkten Anlageschwerpunkt. Daher stellen wir für Bestandskunden die entsprechenden Fondsanteile auf einen Ersatzfonds aus unserer Fondspalette um.

Der Ersatzfonds "terrAssisi Aktien I AMI" (F55, ISIN:DE0009847343) hat eine ähnliche Anlagepolitik wie der bisherige Fonds. Er investiert weltweit und berücksichtigt ebenso nachhaltige und ethische Aspekte. Alle Guthaben aus dem bisherigen Fonds überführen wir am 22. August 2025 auf den Ersatzfonds.

  • Betroffene Kunden informieren wir am 18.07.2025 per Brief.

Der Fondstausch erfolgt automatisch, ist gebührenfrei – und wird nicht auf die maximal möglichen Fondswechsel angerechnet. Möchte ein Kunde die Fondsauswahl ändern, benötigen wir einen schriftlichen Auftrag. Sie und Ihre Kunden finden die aktuell verfügbaren Fonds für die jeweiligen Tarife im Fondsanalyse-Tool.
